GERMAN ANISE COOKIES 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. anise seed

Cream sugar and eggs for 12 minutes on #8 mixer speed. Add flour and seeds; mix well. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet and let sit overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
