GERMAN CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BARS 
14 oz. Kraft caramels
1/2 c. Pet milk

Melt and set aside. Mix:

1 German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. Pet milk

Into 9x13 inch greased pan, spread 1/2 of cake mixture. Bake for 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle 6 oz. of chocolate chips over baked cake mixture. Pour melted caramel mixture over chocolate chips. Crumble remaining cake mixture over caramel and chocolate chips. Bake 15-18 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and serve.
