SOUR CREAM BISCUITS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. butter (softened)
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cream of tartar. Add butter, sour cream and milk to dry ingredients; mix well.

Knead dough on well floured board for 3 minutes. Cut and bake in a greased pan at 350 degrees until golden brown on top.
