SOUR CREAM BISCUITS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. finely ground sea salt
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1 egg
1 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Sift the flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Stir in the parsley. In a small bowl, beat the egg and sour cream. Stir this into the flour. Finish mixing the dough with your hands. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out biscuits with a 2 1/2 or 3 inch round cookie cutter and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Makes about 12 biscuits. Total prep/cooking time: 35 minutes.
