2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Cool beaters and bowl. Beat cream with sugar and salt until stiff peaks form. Fold in vanilla. Keep cake refrigerated once frosted.
