DELICIOUS GREEN PEAS CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 jar pimentos, drained and chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 (1 lb.) cans Le Suerer peas, drained
Buttered bread crumbs OR
Herb dressing crumb mix

Saute onions and green peppers in butter. Add remaining ingredients and place in buttered casserole. Top with bread crumbs or dressing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
