EGG CUSTARD - NO CRUST 
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
3 whole eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. reg. milk

Beat eggs. Mix flour and sugar; add to beaten eggs. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a well greased deep 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
