STICKY RIBS 
1 slab pork spareribs
Garlic salt
Pepper
Flour

SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white distilled vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
Sliced ginger root

Cut spareribs; sprinkle ribs with garlic salt and pepper. Then coat each rib with flour. Place into a baking pan (single layer).

Measure ingredients for the sauce into a small saucepan; heat until sugar melts. Then pour the sauce over the ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes then turn ribs over and bake for 30 minutes more.
