SOUP TO LOSE WEIGHT 
1 cabbage
1 bunch celery
1 to 2 green peppers
6 onions
1 c. tomatoes
V-8 or any tomato juice for flavor
Morton Nature's Seasonings or onion soup mix

Bring ingredients to boil for 10 minutes. After it starts to boil, simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Eat before each meal 4 times a day, will lose 1 to 2 pounds a day.

NOTE: Upon arising, squeeze 1 lemon in a glass of water and drink. Will help eliminate mucus.
