SCRAMBLED TOFU 
1 med. onion, diced
1 (16 oz.) pkg. tofu, drained
2 tsp. George Washington chicken style seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. turmeric
Pinch garlic powder

Put onion in small oil rubbed fry pan and saute until tender. Use water a tablespoon at a time if necessary to keep from sticking. Add remaining ingredients and "scramble" a bit as it heats. Serve like scrambled eggs with toast.
