DIABETIC FRUIT BARS 
1/2 c. dates
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. prunes
1 c. water
1 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Boil dates, raisins, prunes in 1 cup water for 5 minutes. Melt butter in the fruit mixture and let cool. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees in a greased 9 x 9 pan.
