SAUSAGE SALAD 
4 or 5 pre-cooked Kielbasa sausage
1/2 c. green onions
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. good oil
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Several dashes of Worcestershire sauce

Cut sausage diagonally about 1" long. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over sausage, coating good. Let set in refrigerator about 1 hour before serving. Place on platter. Add parsley for decoration. This can be served individually on small salad plates. Good with Italian food.
