SOUR CREAM ICING 
3-6 oz. pkg. unsweetened frozen coconut
8 oz. pkg. sour cream
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. sugar

Mix together, set overnight in refrigerator. Bake yellow or white cake mix according to directions. Split cake layers. Put icing between and on top. Let set 3 days in refrigerator.
