STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
4 zucchini or 2 lg.
1/4 lb. sausage
1/4 c. onion
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. grated med. cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. MSG (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
Dash garlic salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook whole zucchini in boiling salted water 7-10 minutes. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop squash from center and mash. Cook sausage and onion; drain off excess fat.

Add mashed zucchini and rest of ingredients. Mix well and spoon into shells that have been placed in shallow pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dash of paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
