WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES 
10 eggs
15 c. milk
1 1/4 c. oil
20 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar

Beat egg in large mixer bowl; add milk and oil. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar; add to egg mixture. Stir just enough to mix. Pour onto greased grill with a 2 oz. ladle. Cook until top is covered with bubbles; turn and brown the other side. (If batter is too thick, add milk as needed.) Amount: approximately 150 pancakes; temperature; approximately 300 degrees.
