BEEF STROGANOFF 
1-2 lbs. beef, cubed
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion
1 can beef broth
1 tsp. chili sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
Flour for gravy
1/8-1/4 c. pale dry sherry
1/2 c. sour cream
Kitchen Bouquet

Brown beef cubes and onion in butter. Add beef broth, chili sauce, mustard and paprika. Cook until beef is tender. Add sherry and cook for 10 minutes.

Mix flour, water and Kitchen Bouquet to make gravy mixture. Add to broth and stir until gravy thickens. Add sour cream and serve over cooked noodles.
