MARINATED COD TERIYAKI 
2 tbsp. each teriyaki sauce and water
1 tbsp. plus dry sherry
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
10 oz. cod fillet

In small bowl combine teriyaki sauce, water, sherry, garlic and ginger.

Arrange fillet in 8x8 inch glass baking dish and pour teriyaki mixture over fillet. Turn fish over to coat other side. Cover dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Bake 350 degrees F. until flakes easily when tested with fork.
