MOJARRAS O TRUCHAS AL MOJO DE

6 perch or trout
3 or 4 cloves garlic
2 lemons
salt and pepper
3 tomatoes, sliced
2 avocados, sliced
1 onion, sliced

Wash fish. Peel garlic and put in blender with juice from the lemons, salt and pepper. Liquefy and pour over the fish. Marinate one hour. Meanwhile, cut tomato, avocado and onion. Season with salt and pepper and toss to have ready to serve with fish. Fry fish and serve.

Serves 6.
