CURRIED APPLE RELISH 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 (20 oz.) can pie sliced apples, drained

Melt butter in skillet. Stir in sugar and curry. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until apples are heated through, about 5 minutes. Serve with meat or poultry. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
