COLE SLAW | |
1 lg. head cabbage, cut up 1 lg. onion, cut up 1 1/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. salad oil 1 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. salt Chop onion and cabbage in blender. Combine remaining ingredients in blender and mix until well blended. Cook 5 minutes on medium heat. Pour over cabbage and onions and allow to set for at least 3 hours. Keeps up to 5-6 weeks in refrigerator. |
