PRETZEL PIE 
1 1/3 c. crushed pretzel crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 qt. ice cream, softened
3-4 tbsp. chocolate or fudge sauce
Whipped topping
Drained maraschino cherries, chopped nuts or pretzel pieces

Mix pretzel crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press on bottom and up sides of 9 inch pie plate. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool completely.

Fill with any flavor softened ice cream. Drizzle chocolate or fudge sauce over pie. Garnish with whipped topping; sprinkle on chopped nuts or pretzel pieces and arrange cherries on top. Freeze 1 hour before serving. Return any remaining pie to freezer.
