CITRUS PIE 
6 oz. lemonade or limeade concentrate
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
Yellow or green food coloring
8 oz. whipped topping
1 graham cracker pie crust

Place concentrate in mixing bowl and beat about 30 seconds. Gradually spoon in ice cream and blend. Fold in whipped topping and food coloring. Beat until smooth. Freeze until mixture will mound. Spoon into pie crust. Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
