CHOCOLATE SILK PIE 
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 sq. chocolate, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell

Cream together the butter and sugar. Then slowly blend in melted chocolate and vanilla. Add one egg at a time and beat for 5 minutes. Add second egg and beat for 5 minutes. Pour into crust and chill. Serve with whipped ream and garnish with chocolate curls if desired. The secret of this pie is the beating. Don't skimp.
