CHOW MEIN BAKE 
2-3 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 can chow mein vegetables
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. reg. grain rice, not instant
1/2 c. water

Brown ground beef with celery and onion. In a large casserole, combine ground beef mixture with all other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees, stirring occasionally. Hot dish is done when the rice is tender.
