JANICE'S LEMON DESSERT 
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. orange juice
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
Angel food cake

Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Add the boiling water. Add orange juice, lemon juice and sugar. Let set until firm enough to whip. Whip the whipping cream and mix with gelatin mixture. Break angel food cake (about 1/3 to 1/2 of the cake) and put it in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour mixture on top and refrigerate overnight or several hours. Can sprinkle nuts, cherries, etc. on top
