ITALIAN SALAD 
2 bunches leaf lettuce
1 lg. tomato, diced
1 sm. can sliced olives
1 can Garbonzo beans OR kidney beans
1 jar artichoke hearts, diced
20 pieces thin sliced pepperoni
2 boiled eggs, cut up
1 bag Marie Callanders croutons
Parmesan cheese
1 bottle Italian dressing

Mix all together except croutons and dressing. Just before serving add dressing. Toss until lightly coated and top with croutons.
