CANDY MINTS 
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. flavoring
Food coloring

Soften cream cheese mix in powdered sugar (a little at a time) flavoring and coloring. Knead until smooth and well blended. Put in molds or roll into 1/2 inch balls and smash with fork. Let air dry then store. Chocolate mints you leave out food coloring and add 3 teaspoon cocoa and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
