GUACAMOLE DIP 
1 can bean dip
1 me. avocado, the softer the better
4 oz. sour cream
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Tomatoes
Scallions
Black olives

Mash avocado, sour cream, garlic salt and lemon juice. In an 8 inch pan; put bean dip on bottom then the avocado mixture. On top of that put the cheese and chopped tomatoes and scallions. Top with chopped black olives.
