GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 pound of ground beef
1 finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (5 oz) chow mein noodles

Sauté ground beef, onions, celery until done, drain off excess fat and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Pour chicken soup over this, do not stir. Then mushroom soup over this and sprinkle with the noodles on top.

Bake 350°F for 30 minutes.

For variety you can add 1/2 cup of finely chopped bell pepper or 1 (4 oz) can of chopped green chilies.
