HAM ROLL UPS 
1 can cream celery soup
1 c. Ricotta cheese

Mix and set aside.

FILLING:

1 pkg. frozen spinach (cooked and drained)
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1 c. cooked instant rice, drained
2 eggs
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 c. flour

Mix above. Use 18 ham slices (about 1 1/2 lbs.). Put 2 tbsp. mix in each ham slice. Roll and seam on bottom. Pour top mixture over ham roll-ups. Combine 1/2 stick butter, parsley and 1 cup bread crumbs, spread on top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
