TIM'S BEEF AND MORE | |
2 lbs. cubed beef 1 lg. green pepper 1 med. onion 1 sm. can mushrooms 1 can black olives 1 c. diced carrots (optional) Cook and season cubed beef until tender. Remove beef and add rest of ingredients to broth. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from broth. Stir 1/4 to 1/3 cup flour to broth just to thicken. When broth thickens, add cooked beef and the rest of cooked ingredients to thicken broth and simmer for about 30 minutes. |
