TIM'S STEW 
4 - 6 potatoes
4 carrots
3 celery stalks
4 tbsp. minute tapioca
3 tsp. salt (optional)
3 tbsp. sugar
1 - 2 lb. stew meat
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce

In a large pot place meat, then add all the other ingredients. Bake at 250 to 300 degrees for 4 hours.
