JAN'S HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 med. can pineapple chunks
1 med. can peach halves
1 med. can pear halves
1 jar spiced apple rings
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. sherry

Drain all fruit. Let sit. Combine butter, flour, sugar and sherry. Cook over hot water (double boiler) until thick, stirring constantly. Arrange fruit in oven proof dish. (I usually place apple rings on top for color.) Pour sauce over fruit. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Delicious with beef, pork or chicken. 10 servings.
