2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins
2 tsp. maple flavoring
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. nuts
2 c. diced zucchini, raw and peeled

Combine all ingredients, folding in the zucchini last. Spread in a greased jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with an edge. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until done. Drizzle with lemon flavored powdered sugar frosting. Cool and cut into squares. ENJOY!
