CHEESE CAKE BARS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Spread 1 package of crescent rolls on small cookie sheet. Press out seams. Cream together the cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk. Spread on top of rolls. Top with 1 package of crescent rolls. Spread egg white on top.

Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut in small squares when cooled and serve chilled.
