CORN WITH CHIVE SAUCE 
6 ears corn
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
1 (4 oz.) container whipped cream cheese and chives
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Cut corn off cob. Combine corn, celery, pimento, cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Tear off a 36x18 inch piece of heavy duty foil. Fold in half to make a tray. Spoon corn mixture onto center of foil. Fold edges securely, leaving space for expansion of steam. Grill over medium hot coals about 40 minutes. Turn occasionally.
