HAWAIIAN BARS 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
2 c. pineapple, crushed
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. sweetened coconut

Mix flour, sugar and butter until like pie crust. Pat into 9"x13" pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees; cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar, milk and eggs together. Fold in crushed pineapple and vanilla. Spread over crust. Melt butter and toss with coconut, sprinkle over top of dessert. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Very tasty.
