SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 lb. shrimp, cooked
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. butter
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of hot sauce
Dash salt & pepper
Note: 3 cans & soup & 1 can water for lg. serving

Saute green pepper, onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add soup, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly. Add shrimp. Heat. Serve over rice.
