HEN'S IN A BASKET 
2 Cornish hens halved
1 c. uncooked instant rice (white)
1 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 pkg. chicken stuffing mix

Make stuffing on stove and set aside. Combine rice, milk, mushrooms, soup mix and cream of mushroom soup on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Lay hens on top. Place stuffing on top of hens. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
