HAWAIIAN MEATBALLS 
1 can beef broth
1 lg. can crushed pineapple in own juice
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix sauce ingredients and simmer 15 or 20 minutes. Moisten 2 tablespoons cornstarch and make thick paste. Stir into sauce and simmer until clear and slightly thickened. While sauce is cooking, make meatballs. 1 egg 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. milk 15 crushed soda crackers Dash of salt & pepper

Mix above ingredients and form into balls. Brown in 2 tablespoons oil or brown in microwave. Add to sauce and simmer 15 minutes. Freezes well. Good to serve with rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
