TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 med. onion, chopped
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1 1/2 c. crushed corn chips
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 nine inch baked pie shell
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce, taco seasoning mix and olives. Heat until thickened. Sprinkle 1 cup corn chips over bottom of pie crust. Spoon meat mixture over corn chips. Spread sour cream over meat mixture. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle remaining corn chips over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve in wedges topped with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
