TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk (2 tbsp. vinegar, rest milk)

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Sift flour and sugar together and set aside. Place the butter, oil, cocoa, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; remove from heat and pour over flour and sugar mixture. Mix well. Add slightly beaten eggs, soda, milk, and vanilla. Mix; pour into large greased sheet cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Icing: Boil butter, cocoa, and milk. Remove from heat and add sugar, vanilla, and pecans.
