DIRT:

1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies, ground in blender

GROUP 1:
1 lg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 stick butter

GROUP 2:
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix Group 1 and 2 together. Spread 1/2 of dirt into 9"x13" pan. Spread on cream mixture. Put last of dirt on top. Chill 10 to 12 hours.
