1 (16 oz.) tub sour cream 2 sm. cans crushed pineapple 3/4 bag miniature marshmallows 2 sm. cans mandarin orange sections 1 pkg. "angel fluff" coconut Red & green maraschino cherries (optional) Drain all juices before combining. Combine sour cream, pineapple and marshmallows. Add mandarin orange sections, saving enough sections for topping. Add coconut, saving about 1/3 cup for topping. Top with mandarin sections in design of your choice. Also use red and green cherries if desired. Sprinkle top with coconut. Refrigerate for 8 to 10 hours or overnight. May be frozen. |
