ELEGANT TURKEY 
1 lb. turkey breast slices, cooked
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can shrimp, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. chives
1 tsp. Dijon mustard

In a saucepan heat shrimp in 2 tablespoons water; drain. Cook asparagus according to package directions; drain. In a small saucepan, combine yogurt, chives, lemon juice and Dijon mustard. Cook and stir over low heat until heated through, do not boil. Heat turkey slices through in microwave; place on serving platter. Top with asparagus and drained shrimp; pour yogurt sauce over all. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
