1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup White Sugar
1 Egg (large or medium)
chocolate kisses or M&Ms for tops (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine first three ingredients;until well blended, scoop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. (If you chose to use chocolate kisses or M&Ms, press onto tops of lil droplets - if not, dip a fork in flour, and press droplets lightly down, then repeat again,making a criss-cross design on top.

Pop them in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.Take out and enjoy your easy delicious cookies.makes around 1-2 dozen, depending on the size of cookies:)
