CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lbs. or more chicken wings or drummettes (4-5 wings per portion)
1 onion
2 stalks celery
1 bell pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
White wine
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. cilantro
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. olive oil or cooking oil

Finely chop the onions, celery, and peppers. Saute in oil. Add spices, pepper, salt, cilantro and garlic. Salt and pepper wings in separate pan, saute wings slightly. Add wings to spices and vegetables. Do not brown just low heat for approximately 5 minutes.

Now add wine, water and Worcestershire sauce. Continue cooking over low to medium heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring constantly. Serve wings on a bed of rice. 4 portions.
