PANSIT 
1 box noodles
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 cup cabbage, shredded
8 - 10 pieces of chick peas
1 cup of chicken meat, shredded
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small onion, sliced
3 tbsp. of olive oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 cups of chicken broth
1/2 cup shrimp, if desired

Sauté the garlic till brown.

Add the onion, then the meat mixed with the shrimp, then all the vegetables, and the soy sauce.

Mix until cooked, set aside. Boil the noodles with the chicken broth and drop a little of the olive oil, a dust of garlic powder, dust of white pepper, and mix until the noodles absorb the broth, then mix the vegetables to the noodles. Serve hot.
