SALSA 
20 medium tomatoes (14 c. drained)
10 chili peppers
3 jalapeno peppers, take seeds out and chop fine
2 c. chopped cilantro
1/2 c. white vinegar
5 garlic bulbs, chopped fine
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Bring tomatoes, onion and peppers to a boil. Simmer 45 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pack in jars and seal.
