HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

Mix with a wooden spoon, then put in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat well. Spread over slightly warm cake. Chill for 2 hours.
